I’ve had Krupa for just about 20 years and always received good and prompt service. Recently I had problems with my a/c unit, right when I needed it most, this past heat wave. It was a crazy situation with this A/C unit. Chris and Jeff we’re involved in trying to figure out the problem.
Jeff was here several times, prompt, professional above and beyond service and did not give up until the problem was found so I had A/C for the heat spell. a/c had been on and running for 5 days, so far so good.
My wife and I cannot thank you guys enough for your help.

We recently purchased and had installed a new Buderus oil burner system.
